They also made some of the best employees I ever hired. I know Im not alone in this because Ive worked with HR and recruiters throughout my entire career. The people who took the time to express their appreciation to the interviewer received special consideration and were in most cases called back for a second interview or further evaluation.So is it that successful employees are grateful or is it that their gratefulness contributes to their success?
